At yarnhugz, we take pride in creating handcrafted dried flower boutonnieres with great care and attention to detail. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we have a modified refund and return policy to ensure fairness while maintaining quality standards.

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
In its original packaging with all included elements intact
Not a personalized order (see below for details)

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
🚫 Custom-made or personalized boutonnieres
🚫 Items that have been worn, altered, or exposed to moisture
🚫 Boutonnieres damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
🚫 Gift cards and promotional items

Refunds & Partial Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Full refunds will be granted if the product arrives defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition or has minor damages not caused by us.
  • The return is initiated after the 14-day period but within a reasonable timeframe.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

For color or style changes, please place a new order, as we do not offer direct exchanges for preference-based returns.

Returns for Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
